About this Weekly Feature
Many of today's hot stocks are either Internet related or technology related. We feel that a majority of stocks in these areas are already overpriced and have made their major moves. However, many overseas, as well as Canadian and South American stocks are still attractively priced or even downright cheap. We would only be buyers on declines to major support.

While the decline in this sector has lead many investors and analysts to declare these stocks dead, we feel that they will rebound strongly. We suggest a hold or buy stance.
Here is our list of favorite international tech stocks. Many of the stocks recommended a few months ago hit their profit targets and were closed out. Some have started to move higher again.

HOLD LONGS OR BUY NOW!
Some of the current price levels on these stocks are so absurdly cheap that gains of several hundred percent are likely when they begin their up moves again. And this could be very soon!
We recommended buying back on the recent drop to support for long term holds. If you are still long then AVERAGE DOWN your cost. If you do not have positions in these as yet, then consider buying at current levels, particularly those that have declined the most.

Many of these are quality tech plays and should come back very strong when the overall market up trend resumes.
This sector is still quite hot and worth trading now that they declined to support. Many of these have taken a large drop, bringing prices to our recommended buy areas.
